From a handwritten caption on the back of the photo:

“Old Irvin Scheuer house by Co-Op. 122 Main St Mishicot. Built about 1930. House originally had no garage. Irvin and his mother were last Scheuers to operate brewery. Was closed because of prohibition. Also creditors couldn’t pay the bills.”
